By analyzing data such as customers, export destinations, order frequency and order volume from the company's foreign trade business records, it aims to comprehend the demand for foreign trade garment products from customers in various export regions, and map the popularity and market recognition of various foreign trade garment products, providing robust data support for suppliers, brand owners and foreign trade practitioners, guiding them to accurately position their marketing direction, optimize content strategies, formulate efficient promotion plans, and further enhance market competitiveness and brand influence. It features a wide range of application scenarios: by fully leveraging these data resources, relevant stakeholders can better grasp the foreign trade business demands of users across the garment sector, optimize products and services, and improve market competitiveness. 1. Data Collection: Sales data of men's hardshell jackets foreign trade business was collected from the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. By building user portraits of historical foreign trade customers, regional user tags were formulated to pinpoint the sales performance of regional foreign trade businesses. 2. Data Processing & Calculation: First, sensitive information is encrypted, and the data is subjected to processing, desensitization, filtering, statistical calculation and analysis. The order volume proportion (%) is calculated as: Order Volume Proportion (%) = (Number of men's hardshell jackets sold / Total order volume) * 100%. 3. User Consumption Capacity Classification: Adopting the ABCD classification method, customers are graded as follows: Grade A for customers with order volume proportion >15.00%; Grade B for those with order volume proportion within the range of >5.00% and ≤15.00%; Grade C for those with order volume proportion within the range of >0.00% and ≤5.00%; Grade D for those with order volume proportion ≤0.00%.
