Hyperthermia has shown unique advantages in tumor treatment as an anti-cancer treatment method, which combined with radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy reduces the side effects. However, its specific mechanism is unknown. Overall design: The CNE2 cells were divided into two groups, the control group and the hyperthermia group. The hyperthermia group cells were treated in a hot water bath at 43 degrees for 30 minutes, and samples were collected 24 hours later.
