We found that TAD and sub-TAD contribute to enhancer-promoter interaction for gene transcription. Overall design: H3K27me3 and H3K27ac ChIP-seq was performed in control and CTCF motifs-deleted (C3,7; dTAD or C4,5; dSub-TAD) MEL/ch11 cells to disrupt TAD or sub-TAD around the human ß-globin locus.
