Camponotus floridanus Epigenomics

Overall design: Untreated RNA-seq: 40 individual single-brain samples were used to prepare stranded RNA-seq libraries. Treated RNA-seq: 59 individual single-brain samples treated with either HDACi (TSA) or control (DMSO) of d5 or d10, 1h or 3h following treatment were used to prepare stranded RNA-seq libraries. 16 samples trated with CoRest RNAi or nGFP RNAi and treated with HDACi or control were also included. Native ChIP-seq libraries for H3K27ac and Input controls for 18 single brain samples for d5 and d10 HDACi and control-injected samples were also prepared. Cross linking ChIP-seq for CoRest IPs and Input controls for 14 samples (2 brain pools) were also prepared.
