Dataset supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "The role of AGBL5 in the retina and its contribution to inherited retinal dystrophies".
This dataset contains mRNA sequencing data (transcript expression and differential gene expression) of ARPE19 wildtype cells and two ARPE19 AGBL5 knockout clones (A7 and A9), coimmunoprecipitation of AGBL5 and mass spectrometry data.
