Microbial sample diversity sequencing of aerobic granular sludge during landfill leachate treatment

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of AGS on the treatment of actual wastewater: landfill leachate. The experiment was conducted in a sequencing batch reactor. Through the dilute influent acculturation of leachate with different concentration gradients in five stages, the long-term DOM transformation, pollutant removal, nitrogen removal rate changes and microbial community were monitored, and the influence of DOM in leachate on the nitrogen removal effect was analyzed.
