The aim is to analyze Internet traffic in a neutral network scenario, where all flows are treated equally and no priority mechanisms are applied. The scope includes the design and implementation of a discrete‑event simulator, the integration of a traffic model without prioritization, and the collection of performance indicators such as bandwidth blocking probability and resource utilization.
