The time interval counter is the most common device for obtaining atomic clock comparison data in timekeeping, but the comparison data it collects can be influenced by hardware performance, the quality of the measured signal, and the measurement method. When measuring the time difference between pulse signals, some uncertainty is introduced. Directly using the raw data for short-term stability assessment of atomic clocks may lead to significant impacts. This dataset is used to analyze the relationship between counter measurement noise and frequency stability after denoising with the Savitzky-Golay filter, and combined with K-fold cross-validation to determine the filter's parameters, in order to avoid filter distortion.
