The effect of altitude hypoxia on hematopoietic function is rarely studied. Transcriptomic analysis of bone marrow nucleated cells (BMNCs) demonstrated that hypoxia may modulate the hematopoietic function in CTX-induced myelosuppression mice through pathways related to hematopoiesis and the microenvironment.
