Transcriptome analysis of salt and drought stress responses in cultivated and wild tall fescue

This project presents transcriptome sequencing data of four cultivated lines and one wild type of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) subjected to salt stress and drought stress. The aim of this study is to identify genes and molecular pathways involved in abiotic stress responses, providing valuable resources for functional genomics research and stress-tolerant breeding in tall fescue.
