Metabolomics data of serum and tumor interstitial fluid from MC38 tumor-bearing mice

This dataset contains metabolite abundance data from serum and tumor interstitial fluid of MC38 tumor-bearing mice, including comparisons of tumor-bearing versus tumor-free serum and tumor interstitial fluid versus serum (n=4 biological replicates per group). Metabolite abundance was median-normalized across the sample population. See the included README for the full methodology and file descriptions.
