In our study, high-throughput sequencing was employed to explore the variations of soil bacterial community structure, which showed that the bacterial community diversity and composition changed obviously in topsoil amended with organic materials after 84 days leaching. Proteobacteria was deemed to be the dominant phylum of soil bacteria with mean proportion 35.2%. Bacteroidetes, the contribution of RFRS (11%) was higher than that in other treatments. In addition, Gammaproteobacteria and Alphaproteobateria were supposed to be the major class bacterial communities, with average contribution for 12.8%, 12.2% respectively. For RFWS treatments, the contribution of Alphaproteobateria was the highest among all bacterial relative abundance.
