Specific control of Arabidopsis BAK1- and SERK4-regulated cell death by protein glycosylation

Among 24,572 detectable transcripts , we identified 3637 genes showed significant differential expression genes (cut-off: fold change≥2, FDR<0.1), with 1920 genes showing induced and 1717 reduced expression in the bak1-4/serk4-1 double mutant compared to WT plant. RNA-seq analysis was performed with 10-day-old seedlings of WT and bak1-4/ser4-1. Two independent repeats were performed for RNA-seq analysis. For each repeat, equal amount of RNA from two biological replicates was pooled together for RNA-seq library construction. RNA-seq library preparation and sequencing were carried out on an Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform with single end reads.
