Real-time microRNA quantitative PCR array of serum exosomes I

Mouse serum exosomes were harvested from OCExoInhib-treated mice or vehicle-treated mice at 2w after anterior cruciate ligament transection (ACLT). The exosomes were lysated and processed by Exosome RNA Column Purification Kit (System Biosciences). The miRNA were profiled using the Exosomal microRNA Amplification and Profiling Kit (System Biosciences) miRNA qPCR expression profiling. Equal amount exosomal miRNAs from three independent OCExoInhib-treated mice and three vehicle-treated mice were pooled for gene expression analysis.
