Number of BlackRock funds worldwide in July 2023, by asset class and region

As of July 31, 2023, the world's largest asset management company, BlackRock, invested only in equities for almost all markets other than Europe, North America, and global investment funds. However, in the North American market, the number of funds including assets other than shares outnumber equity-only funds. Note that global and North American funds combined account for over 90 percent of the number of funds operated by BlackRock worldwide.
