RNA Sequecing for the Intestine Lamina Propria Lymphocytes and Spleen Lymphocytes of NOD mice

Female NOD mice, 6 weeks of age, were divided randomly into two groups. They were oral immunization 109CFU per mouse huGAD65 recombinant L. lactis vaccine. All mice were oral immunized for 7 consecutive days, followed by another 7 consecutive days at an interval of 2 weeks and the food was stored away 6 hours before immunization. The splenic lymphocytes and intestine Lamina Propria lymphocytes were harvested at two weeks after the last immunization.
