ISSUES OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF NEIGHBORHOOD GOVERNMENT THROUGH DIGITAL MANAGEMENT

From the perspective of innovative directions, Uzbekistan is introducing the “Digital Mahalla,” electronic services, and monitoring systems. In foreign practice, digital governance, open data, and smart community concepts are considered the main tools for modernizing local governance. In terms of effectiveness, the national model serves to ensure social stability and public welfare. In the foreign scientific school, however, sustainable development, increased civic engagement, and greater social responsibility are regarded as the main final outcomes.
