The relative efficiencies of ATIS and TACS are computed for m = 12, c = 0, with ki = 2, 3, …, 10 for ATIS, and with ni = 2, 3, …, 10 for TACS. For ATIS estimators, the relative efficiencies are calculated based on the effective final sample sizes of ATIS, . For TACS estimators, the relative efficiencies are calculated based on the effective final sample sizes of TACS, E(νTACS).
