It includes: (1) all SSR loci identified in the genome (Supplementary Table S1); (2) SSR-associated genes (Supplementary Table S2); (3) full GO enrichment results (Supplementary Table S3); (4) full KEGG pathway results (Supplementary Table S4); and (5) analysis summary statistics (Supplementary Table S5).
