This dataset suite is part of the experimental setup for the machine learning hyperparameter tuning problem evaluated during the 2020 NeurIPS Competition. It was employed to assess the efficacy of surrogate-assisted evolutionary algorithms in hyperparameter optimization. The suite comprises 6 datasets, 9 machine learning models, and 1620 independent studies. Its primary task is to optimize the hyperparameters of machine learning models.
