This is a database of Raman spectra of hydrous glasses measured with a 473-nm excitation source using the E.Gazel's Witec Alpha 300R Raman at Cornell University. Measurements were taken under different confocality settings (denoted by microscope objective 50x or 100x) and at varying laser power. File names denote specific metadata, such as: Objective (50x or 100x) Excitation laser power (5 mW, 10 mW, 16 mW) Integration Times (30s) Accumulations (Repeated analyses -10, 20) Spectral treatment (CRR - cosmic ray removal)
