Microbial bacteria community analysis in rhizosphere soil after AMF inoculation on the roots of Peony

The data on the bacteria present in the rhizosphere of paeony seedlings inoculated with AMF after one year of growth, including inoculation with Fm, Ce, and a mixture of both types of AMF. After inoculation, the bacteria DNA extracted from the rhizosphere soil and the root endosphere of each treatment group was sequenced.
