of knowledge of a foreign language; area of business affiliation of
company; current position and position sought in company; assessment of
the security of the current position; judgement on the chances of a new
job; assessment of the market position of the company and anticipated
changes in the number of employees of the company; atmosphere at work;
assessment of the ability of superiors; hours worked each week;
compensation for overtime; days of vacation per year; computer use at
work; behavior at the polls in the last Federal Parliament election
(first vote and second vote); differences in the demands on managers in
politics and economy; judgement on the situation of the market economy;
