Genome assembly produced for a sample of the maned sloth, Bradypus torquatus from Brazil. This sample comes from the Southern population of Bradypus torquatus and is a pool of two individuals, one from Rio de Janeiro and one from Espirito Santo. This project contains one collapsed pseudo-haplotype assembly.
