Nuclear and mitochondrial genomes for members of the Ophiostomatales

This study is an ongoing survey of mitochondrial genomes for members of the Ophiostomatales. The long term goals are to gain a better understanding of the evolutionary dynamics of mitochondrial introns and the utilization of mitogenomes for examining the evolution and systematics of these ecologically and economically important fungi.
