Latin America: smart agriculture enterprises 2019, by type

As of May 2019, there were approximately 542 smart agricultural businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean, out of which nearly 29 percent focused on big data and precision agriculture. Meanwhile, the number of businesses focusing on management software and information and education for agricultural producers added up to 121. Mechanization and labor upgrade represented less than seven percent of enterprises that year.
