Number (per gram tumor) and proportion of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in intraprostatic tumors from WT and MIC-1fms mice.

TRAMPMIC-/- primary prostate tumor cells were engrafted orthotopically into WT and MIC-1fms mice and 35 days later mice were sacrificed and cells from a known proportion of the orthotopically engrafted prostate tumor was subjected to multiparameter flow cytometry. Numbers and proportion of cells between two groups were compared using unpaired t tests (GraphPad Prism software version 7,GraphPad Software, San Diego, CA, USA).
