Genome sequencing of plant growth promoting bacteria from Tunisia

In our study, we isolated bacteria from plants from southern Tunisia (arid region). We aim to Identify genetically the bacterial species that have a potential in plant growth promotion and resistance to biotic and abiotic stress. We aim also to understand the genetic background underpinning the adaptation of a species to different ecological niches.
