Urate-lowering and anti-inflammatory associations of a four-herb Chinese herbal formula in gouty arthritis: a single-center observational study with network pharmacology and molecular docking

This deposit contains the analysis outputs, figures, tables, and Python code for a single-center observational study of Si-Miao-San (SMS) in gouty arthritis (n = 100), together with a secondary analysis of public PBMC transcriptomics (GEO GSE160170), ChEMBL/STRING-based network pharmacology with degree-matched null models, and AutoDock Vina docking of SMS compounds to gout-relevant receptors with catalytic cofactors retained and redocking validation.
