Intelligent automation impact on workforce in enterprise worldwide 2019

According to a global 2019 survey, around 74 percent of respondents stated that 11 to 50 percent of the current workforce would be significantly impacted by the adoption of intelligence automation (IA) technologies in their organizations. Intelligent automation is the umbrella term for the group of technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud and smart machines, that enable digital transformation and business process automation in organizations.
