Dataset for "Medication adherence to monoclonal antibody and small-interfering RNA PCSK9 inhibitors in clinical practice: systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies"

This repository contains the data used in the study entitled “Medication adherence to monoclonal antibody and small-interfering RNA PCSK9 inhibitors in clinical practice: a systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies” and the corresponding study within a review (SWAR) on completeness of EMERGE checklist reporting.
It includes:
Raw datasets exported from the Covidence review management software, comprising study characteristics, data sources and settings, participant information, medication adherence definitions and outcomes, extracted from studies identified through our systematic literature search. The databases searched were MEDLINE (via Ovid), EMBASE (via Ovid), PsycINFO (ProQuest), CINAHL Plus (EBSCOHost), and medRxiv.Cleaned datasets that were processed for analysis.
