This study was conducted to explore the trend of culturable and non-culturable endophytic bacteria at two different sites encompassing four consecutive growth stages of Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.). Leaf stalk was sampled and subjected to isolation after surface sterilization for culturable endophytic bacteria. Amplicon sequencing was conducted on Illumina platform for the non-culturable endophytic bacteria.
