The uploaded model contains the trained random forest model to predict protein-protein Interactions based on their amino acid sequence. The model is described in our preprint "ProteinPrompt: a webserver for predicting protein-protein interactions" which can be found on bioRxiv.org: https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.09.03.458859 The model was trained with the scikit-learn package in version 0.20.3 under Python 3.7.12
