资源简介:
reast cancer is the second most common cancer worldwide and the leading cause of cancer death in women. Among the different subtypes, triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is associated with the poorest prognosis. As there is a lack of targeted therapy for it, a better understanding of the molecular and developmental dynamics of TNBC is paramount. We have previously identified BCL11A as a key TNBC gene. By using CRISPR/Cas9 genome-wide screenings, we are aiming at identifying positive and negative regulators of BCL11A in TNBC. The results will help us to identify potential candidates for targeted therapy.
