Reasons online shoppers purchased on Amazon in the U.S. 2024

In March 2024, 48 percent of surveyed U.S. respondents stated that their main reason to shopping on Amazon was due to free shipping. Additionally, 44 percent reported that convenience was a key shopping driver, while quick delivery stood at 36 percent of answers.
