Managerial Commitment and Customer Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Quality Practices in Manufacturing
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the supplementary statistical material from a structural equation model examining how managerial commitment (MACO) affects customer satisfaction (CUSA) through three production-line quality practices: role of the quality department (QUDE), continuous improvement (COIN), and employee involvement (EMEN). Data come from a survey of 359 production-line operators in manufacturing companies in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, estimated in WarpPLS v.8 (PLS Regression outer model, Warp3 nonlinear inner model, and Stable3 resampling). The file includes eight tables: sample description, descriptive statistics, sample size/power analysis, combined and cross-loadings, discriminant validity, model fit and quality indices, R²-contribution values, and a nonlinear sensitivity analysis, supporting the hypotheses tested in the associated manuscript.
