Gastrocnemius transcriptome sequencing of 0.2% adenine diet mice injected intraperitoneally with Spp1 neutralizing antibody. Mus musculus

The 10-week-old male C57BL/6JNifdc mice were fed a 0.2% adenine diet to induce chronic kidney disease (CKD) model. After four weeks, the mice were randomly divided into two groups, and there was no statistically significant difference in body weight between the two groups [CKD group vs. Spp1 group = 4 vs. 4]. Spp1 group was intraperitoneally injected with Spp1 neutralizing antibody (100ug/kg) every other day. CKD group was intraperitoneally injected with control IgG antibody every other day. After two weeks, gastrocnemius was collected for transcriptome sequencing.
