Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) Hyperspectral Penile Cancer Sample Dataset with Paired H&E Whole Slide Image

Penile cancer tissue section with squamous cell carcinoma (SCC, Primary grade 2, P16 negative) QCL hyperspectral image with WSI (H&E). Dataset consists of a Quantum Cascade Laser hypserspectral image with the following parameters: 4x objective, 0.6 numerical aperture (NA), 520 × 480 FPA size (pixels), 4.3 μm nominal pixel size, 2210 μm × 2040 μm field of view, with 4 spectral resolution. The adjacent H&E stained section is also provided as a .svs whole slide image (WSI).
