As methyltransferase G9a has been implicated in immune cell differentiation we have assessed the role of G9a enzymatic inhibitors (UNC0642) in the differentiation of human naïve T-cells under different stimulation conditions. Overall design: Examined average binding profiles representing open chromatin state at ATAC peaks associated human naïve T cells, regulatory T cells, T helper 17 cells and naïve T cells differentiated in the presence of of UNC0642 2uM concentration.
