To investigate the effects of oral instillation of Romboutsia ilealis DSM25109 on the jejunum, ileum, and cecum microbiota of broiler chickens and to find colonized intestinal segments of Romboutsia in broiler chickens, we instilled broiler chickens daily at 1 to 7 days of age with 1 * 10^8 CFU of Romboutsia ilealis DSM25109 bacterial solution . Subsequently, the microbiota of the jejunum, ileum and cecum of broilers were determined at 8 and 14 days of age.
