Science Information Search with AI Technologies (ScI-AI) - Data from Danish Surveys 2023-2024

These datasets were produced as part of the international Science Information Search with AI Technologies (ScI-AI) project, which investigates how citizens in technologically advanced countries engage with generative AI (GenAI) in the context of science-related information behavior. The Danish surveys were conducted online in 2023 and 2024. In Denmark, data collection and panel recruitment were carried out by Analyse Danmark using the Norstat online panel. Samples were quota-matched to be broadly representative of the Danish adult population with respect to gender, age, education, and region. The surveys include measures of trust in GenAI, AI and GenAI literacy, experience with GenAI tools, exposure to science-related information, and sociodemographic characteristics.
