As of February 2023, approximately 43 percent of male adults surveyed in the United States reported strongly or somewhat supporting brands using generative artificial intelligence to make advertisements. Among women, the share stood at 35 percent. Overall, little more than one-third of U.S. adults supported generative AI in ads.
