Theseus-Vortex: Global Theseus-Vortex identification and tracking dataset based on satellite altimeter

By using Lagrangian-averaged vorticity deviation (LAVD) and Domino-tracking algorithm,we have produced and published four datasets of global Theseus-Vortex (TV) from 1993 to 2020 of satellite altimetry measurements of absolute dynamic topography (ADT),including the LAVD dataset,the identification and tracking datasets of TVs in heterogeneous systems. These datasets consist of two versions,which are identified and tracked over W (30,7) and W (90,28),respectively. And the product of all matching pairs of TVs over W (90,28) and W (30,7) is presented. The LAVD dataset is stored in "Mat" format,and the other three datasets are both stored in "Json" format,which provide eddy information (eddy type,boundary,area,radius,kinetic energy,vorticity,lifecycle,trajectory,etc.) and other parameters in the global ocean.FTP download address: obsftp.cstcloud.cn User name: p2-xda19090202-017 Password: b6a89d66fa
