Metagenomics of ticks from Xinjiang Province for virus discovery

This project first investigated the tick-borne viromes among three dominant tick species in Xinjiang, China, which revealed the great genetic diversity and geographic distribution of tick-borne viruses (TBVs) and indicated the highly potential risks from infection of pathogenic TBVs among animals and humans.
