Data and code for the paper "Geolocating Bees by Translating the Waggle Dance Into Spatial Coordinates"

The dataset contains the database storing the visual decoding of 10 videos of bees in an observation hive (database.zip). The folder "derived data.zip" contains several files derived with code and GIS tools to obtain the results presented in the paper. The videos are available in the "videos.zip" file. Finally, the Python script "waggle_dance_annulus.py" is the code that generates the box-plot like annulus geometry for dances.
