Gene expression profile at single cell level of peripheral blood B cells from a CID patient (P) caused by IRF4 p.T95R heterozygous mutation and an age-matched healthy control (HC)

To assess the global changes in B cell maturation and differentiation of a CID patient (P) caused by IRF4 p.T95R heterozygous mutation, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of peripheral B cells isolated from P and HC Peripheral B cells of P and HC were sorted by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the expression of CD19 and analyzed using scRNAseq.
