Dataset for Bimbard et al., 2024

Dataset for the paper "An adaptable, reusable, and light implant for chronic Neuropixels probes".
Contains the data to replicate most figures of the paper.
"data_Bimbard2024" contains the main data. "expInfoAll" is a matlab structure that contains, for each of the 3535 recordings, the subject, experiment date, etc. In particular, "dataSpikes" contains all the information about individual clusters found in each recording, including their quality metrics.The "RMS" folder contains the RMS for all channels, for all the recordings saved Companion code here to generate the figures.
