Bioinformatic Analysis of Aniridia Related Keratopathy

The purpose of this study is to understand the gene expression profiling, altered pathways and protein networks involved in Aniridia Related Keratopathy. RNA-sequencing was performed on 3 biological replicates of both wildtype PAX6 mice and heterozygous mutant PAX6 corneas. Overall design: Differential pairwise contrast between wildtype and heterozygous PAX6 mutatn corneas using RNA-Seq data 3 biological replicates of each wildtype and PAX6 heterozygous mutant are used.
