The objective is to obtain the complete genome sequence and annotation of strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus K32, isolated in 2010 from the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) of a healthy adult (female) from Central region of Russia. L. rhamnosus strains presented in the human body inhibit the propagation of pathogenic bacteria, contribute to the digestive process, and participate in the formation of innate and acquired immunity; for this reason, they are a part of many probiotic drugs. The complete genome sequence of this strain, will be used as pharmaceutical product. Relevance: This is the first strain isolated from the microbiota of the Russian human.
