The project is aim to study the subcellular distribution of transcriptomes/proteomes/epigenomes in model plants. The comparative comparisons may be conducted between the nuclear and protoplast (cytoplasmic components), among different organelles. The first stage of project would be focused on model plants, such as rice, wheat, maize and Arabidopsis thaliana. The ultimate goals are the revealing the mechanisms of observations within subcellularcomponents and promoting the agricultural applications.
